Back for a second year after a great response in Denver in 2024. This year we're changing the format slightly, to make it even more relevant and accessible we'll have multiple smaller group conversations on a range of valuable topics.

However great your technical or creative skills, professional and career development is more often limited by people's "soft" skills than by their "hard" or more tangible experience. Yet it's something that isn't discussed as much as it should be.
Everyone is welcome to this BOF discussion. No prior experience of soft skills development is needed, just be human and curious.
